UK Delivery
- Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery costs £4.95.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Unless otherwise stated, orders will normally be dispatched within one business day after successful payment.
International Delivery – Europe
- Estimated delivery times are between 10–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- We dispatch international orders as quickly as possible, but customs checks, local postal delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
- We deliver to a range of European destinations, including Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, and Switzerland.
- Customers are responsible for checking the laws and import restrictions that apply to cannabis seeds in their country before ordering.
- International customers may also be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or handling charges applied by local authorities or delivery providers.
Free Delivery
- UK orders over £100 qualify for free signed-for delivery.
- International orders over £125 qualify for free signed-for delivery.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packed securely and discreetly using plain, sealed and protective outer packaging. We do not place BudChampion branding, product descriptions or other information on the outside that would reveal the contents.
Returns & Refunds
We take care to ensure that all seeds supplied by BudChampion are of the highest possible quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch using our contact form.
Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the return address and any further instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Returns conditions
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date your order was dispatched.
We cannot accept seeds that have been opened. If you may wish to return an item, please do not open or damage the original branded seed packaging.
All returned items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
- Securely packaged to prevent damage during return delivery
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as BudChampion cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
