RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels and packaging.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return at item please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging and return to the address provided by customer services.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method when returning your goods.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3- business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.
