Yes. Orders are sent in plain, sealed and protective outer packaging. We do not place BudChampion branding, product descriptions or other information on the outside that would reveal the contents.

BudChampion branding and product information are not placed on the outer packaging. Some delivery labels may need to contain legally required sender or fulfilment details, but they will not describe the contents as cannabis seeds.

Orders are packed securely using protective outer packaging designed to reduce the risk of damage during delivery. Contact us via our contact page promptly if your parcel or its contents arrive damaged.

Visit the Track Your Order page and enter your order number together with the billing email address used at checkout. The page will display the current order status, dispatch details and any tracking information available for the selected delivery service.

Your order number appears in the order confirmation email sent after checkout. Registered customers may also be able to find it in the Orders section of their BudChampion account.

Tracking may not update until the parcel receives its first scan within the postal network. There can also be delays between scans, particularly during weekends, bank holidays or busy delivery periods.

No. We cannot accept seeds that have been opened. Do not open or damage the original branded seed packaging if you may wish to return the product.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. They must also be securely packaged to prevent damage during return delivery.
